CERISE FUKUJI (p.g.a.) is a writer, producer and director who has produced over 350 hours of streaming and cable television. She recently helped to develop and produce the true crime series: Hulu's TED BUNDY: DIALOGUE WITH THE DEVIL and COLD CASE FILES: THE RIFKIN MURDERS, A&E's CRIME IN PROGRESS and TELL ME HOW I DIED, THE DNA of MURDER with PAUL HOLES, SMILEY FACE KILLERS: THE HUNT FOR JUSTICE for NBC/Universal & Oxygen, UNSOLVED MYSTERIES for Netflix and BREAKING HOMICIDE on Investigation Discovery (I.D.). She also served as the Supervising Producer and writer on BETRAYED, KILLER CONFESSIONS and 8 seasons of the award-winning true crime series, UNUSUAL SUSPECTS on I.D. 

Fukuji is a graduate of the FBI's Citizen's Academy and a member of the Producers Guild of America. She was part of the creative team behind the inception and execution of the nationwide "See Something, Say Something" iWatch campaign. 

Fukuji has also worked in various consulting, development and production capacities at several major production companies, Networks and film studios, including A+E Factual Studios, NBC-Universal, Wes Craven Films, Miramax Films, Trans Pacific Films, Twentieth Century Fox. 

JACQUELINE HICKEY is a security and counter-terrorism expert. She recently retired as an Explosives Ordnance Technician for the Los Angeles Police Department's Bomb Squad Unit. She was assigned to the FBI in the Los Angeles CT-7 Squad, working domestically and internationally in Counter-Terrorism. Hickey was also an Explosives Detection K-9 Trainer and Handler and a certified Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Technician. 

Hickey has served as a Consulting Producer in the scripted and non-scripted realms for FOX, Skydance, NBC/Universal, CBS, Netflix, I.D. and The History Channel. She has also appeared on camera in various series including History's Channel's MOST SHOCKING, the Netflix series DRUG LORDS, THE EXPLOSION SHOW and THE ZODIAC KILLER. She frequently provides counter-terrorism related news briefings as world events are unfolding in real time. 

Hickey is a former member of the United States Marine Corps, where she reached the rank of Sergeant and served as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island, South Carolina. While in the Marine Corps, she was involved in the training and participation of Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Warfare, Explosives and Munitions. She began her military career as one of the first female Air Craft Firefighter Rescue Specialist.
